Job Summary
The incumbent is accountable to manage the operation of In-house Clinic and appropriate safety measure sand actions are implemented which meets all required guidelines and regulations as per the requirement of safety and health. Actively involve in activities related to hygiene and cleanliness of Cafeteria & Minimart and Promotion Counter.
Job Responsibilities
- To manage In-house Clinic including work closely with visiting doctors on employee medical record, follow-up on all relevant medical surveillance as required by the CHRA & QMSand coordinate the renewal of medical surveillance
- To monitor panel clinics performance and coordinate discussion forum with all panel clinics
- To follow-up with the annual medical check-up for Managers and conduct visit to any employee who is hospitalized and follow-up on the case.
- To coordinate and arrange health talk and health promotion
- To monitor and track the sick leave and work with IR group
- To provide counseling to employee related to medical & health
- To assist in Cafeteria/ Minimart and Promotion Counter.
- Assist Safety & Health on OSHA compliance and industrial accident investigation matters
- To ensure Ensure all relevant records, license are updated & filed and to review & update relevant procedure.
- Any other duties required by immediate superior or management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in nursing field.
- Required skill(s): nursing, industrial accident investigation, Experience as Industrial Nurse.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jelapang and travel between 2 plants in Ipoh.
The successful candidate is someone who (is):
- Experience working as Industrial Nurse.
- Good planning & project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
- Proficient on the required medical and health requirements
- Excellent in problem solving tools
