Job Objectives:

This position is responsible for providing support to worldwide sales team on costing and price review for assembly and test.
The incumbent is accountable for pricing, costing of all products assembled in all three plants (M site, S site and Suzhou).
To provide competitive pricing enable to capture new customers and businesses enabling the company to increase both customer-base and package range.
Responsible to work with the factory to provide competitive costing.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate reviews of new quotation & revisions of existing quotation by summarizing the costs, margins and target selling price.
Work closely with Sales Administrations to ensure we are charging customers accurately for processes and materials.
Support periodic Pricing review requested by the customers or worldwide sales team, by summarizing the costs, margins and target selling price.
Liaise with respective factory team to provide competitive costing and pricing.
Monitor competitors pricing.
Liaise with factory engineering, Industrial Engineering and finance to review and provide competitive product costing based on:
i. Any new material sets being introduce by Carsem.
ii. Any new processes that are being introduced by Carsem
iii. New programs where detailed cost databases do not exist.
Responsible to support sales team on all price negotiations.
Responsible to track Request for Quotation cycle time.
To maintain confidentially on all privilege information is required.
Quality Accountability
i. Enforce compliance to Standard Operating Procedure and specifications
ii. System or procedure improvement.
iii. Proliferation of the best practices.

Job Requirements:

Education Level and Field of Study:

Degree level with costing or finance background.

Working Experience:

Minimum 3 years working experience in costing or semiconductor process

Technical and Professional Knowledge:
